Pearl Jam Introduces #Rock2Vote

Pearl Jam stands with all Montanans who believe we are at our best when every voice is heard. Through grassroots organizing and mobilization we support those fighting for Montana values across all Montana communities.

Montana is home to bassist Jeff Ament who grew up in Big Sandy, went to the University of Montana, and still lives part-time in Missoula. We are excited to be back in Jeff’s home state.

Highlighted by spirited headlining performances by The Devil Makes Three (Saturday), The Infamous Stringdusters (Friday), and Railroad Earth (Sunday), there was a profound additional component to this year’s WinterWonderGrass Tahoe. The weather. Before turning all sunny on Sunday, Friday and Saturday’s proceedings included periodic showers of snow, graupel (look it up), and a little rain.

Let's Danza!'s Debut Studio Single and First Fillmore Appearance

Today, Let’s Danza! announces “Moneyhook”, its debut studio release.

The catchy synth-driven single was written and produced by Tom McKee and Clay Parnell, both of whom cut their teeth as members of Philadelphia-based indie-electronic pioneers Brothers Past starting back in 2000.

“The song is meant be sort of a commentary on the inevitable arc of fame,” McKee said.

LORD HURON LAUNCHES PUBLIC ACCESS TV SHOW

Lord Huron is launching a Vide Noir public access television show in select cities nationwide. A true multi-media artist, singer/songwriter/producer Ben Schneider has created an immersive program that expands upon the album’s narratives and themes while showcasing the hidden world that inhabits Vide Noir. Steve Dawson Draws "Lucky Hand" On Instrumental Acoustic Album Coming June 15

Black Hen Music announces a June 15 release date for multiple Juno-award-winning musician/producer Steve Dawson’s new instrumental acoustic album, Lucky Hand. The new recording showcases Dawson’s brilliant fingerstyle work on a variety of instruments, accompanied by special guests Jesse Zubot on violin, harmonica legend Charlie McCoy and mandolinist John Reischman, as well as the presence of a string quartet on a number of tracks. The album will be available on both CD and vinyl LP formats.

Gretchen and the Pickpockets Are 'Falling Rising' on New CD

Gretchen and the Pickpockets announce an April 25 release date for their new full-length album, Falling Rising, on their Pickpocket Records imprint. The new disc, which showcases 10 all-original songs, was recorded in Boston at Dimension Sounds Studio, with engineering by Dan Cardinal (Darlingside, Ballroom Thieves), mixing by Nick Nagurka (Vulfpeck) and mastering by Grammy-nominated Emily Lazar (Foo Fighters).
